Covid Policy

In the protection of my clients, family, and friends, I will be implementing safety precautions to assist in the prevention of spreading the Corona Virus. The treatment room will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each client.

Please observe the following:

  1. Everyone is required to fill out he Intake Form online. This provides me with your health history and can be used for contact tracing.
  2. Please cancel your appointment if you have Covid related symptoms or have been in contact with someone in the past 14 days that has tested positive for the Corona Virus. Also if you have any flu like symptoms or ill, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  3. When arriving to my office, please wear a face mask at all times. I will be wearing one as well during your entire visit. At this time, face masks are required. If you don’t feel comfortable wearing a mask,  please do not make an appointment with me.
  4. I will use a infra thermometer to check your temperature and ask you if you have any Covid or flu like symptoms before your treatment.
  5. Before entering my treatment room, I will show you where the restrooms are. Please wash your hands prior to your treatment, also there is hand sanitizer available in my room.
