All my therapeutic massage treatments include deep tissue, cupping, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, muscle energy techniques, and facilitated stretching as requested. Before your session I will ask you what your goals are for the session and what techniques you prefer. If you are unsure which technique are right for you, no worries. I can start off with medium pressure and may suggest things as I work through the muscles.

First time clients will need to prepay for their appointment by debit or credit card. If you wish to pay by cash, please contact me.
